This accessibility statement applies to the following web applications, which are referred to going forward as “the websites”:

The websites are run by HealthHero. We want as many people as possible to be able to use these applications. For example, that means you should be able to:
- view the websites in both portrait and landscape orientation on mobile
- zoom in up to 400% without the text overlapping for most content
- navigate most of the websites with keyboard only
- easily bypass repetitive menu links via a skip to content link on all pages
- listen to most of the websites using a screen reader such as JAWS or NVDA
- navigate most of the websites using speech recognition software

We know some parts of the websites are not fully accessible. For example:

There have been no WCAG 2.1 or AA failures found, except multiple parsing errors (WCAG success criterion 4.1.1) which has been included in the “Disproportionate burden” section below.

- There are multiple HTML parsing errors (WCAG 2.1 success criterion 4.1.1).
These errors are due to underlying problems with the system we use to display our application’s content, which cannot be resolved without rebuilding the software using a different framework.

Accessibility is one of our primary design goals and we aim to make all our applications as accessible as we reasonably can. To ensure we meet this goal we frequently review our applications for possible accessibility improvements internally, and periodically get them externally audited.
