NHS Case Studies: We cover 1500 clinics in England, offering Online Triage (Symptom Assessment) and Video Consultation. We took a sample of 10 GP clinics (below) and looked at the patients’ registrations, completed traversals /online symptom assessments.

Results: We found that clinics with between 10,000 and 30,000 patients have been able to drive clinical and admin time-savings equivalent to £273,000 (this figure varies depending on practice size, patient registrations and app usage).

Conclusion: The average total cost of appointments saved at those ten sample clinics/surgeries was circa £1 million. These solutions can also help health insurers offer their members instant access to healthcare, reducing the cost of unnecessary claims, increasing customer’s satisfaction and improving retention rate.
