Can I register for an account using a shared email address?

No, accounts are created for individuals, users cannot add others such as family members to their accounts, or register multiple users under the same email address. However, users will be able to complete symptom assessments on behalf of somebody else provided that person is registered to the same practice.  Assessment and results will be processed as usual but booking functionality using the ‘Someone Else’ flow may be limited.


To complete an assessment on behalf of someone else, account holders are required to confirm key identifying information of the individual that they are completing the assessment for so that the practice can locate them in their clinical system.
